SLAs and reporting are configured to maintain procurement efficiency and month-end reconciliation, reflecting real-world procurement and inventory controls used by mid-sized enterprises.

This project delivers a warehouse modernization pilot using Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management features to optimize inbound, outbound and internal operations. It includes location design, work templates, mobile RF device flows, wave and batch picking, put-away strategies and slotting configuration, plus integration with order management and transportation. Performance rules, SLAs and KPIs (cycle time, picks/hour) are measured and tuned; automation scenarios and exception processes are documented to support a production rollout. The pilot models high-volume operational realities and produces a cutover checklist and operational runbooks for enterprise readiness.

This project implements master planning and discrete manufacturing capabilities in Dynamics 365 to support make-to-stock and make-to-order operations. It covers BOM and route configuration, production order lifecycle, coverage and master planning parameters, forecasting inputs, safety stock and planned-order pegging, along with cost rollups and production costing validations. Business processes include capacity checks, scheduling, exception handling and subcontracting flows; integration points with inventory and procurement are validated to ensure material availability. Deliverables include planning scenarios, executed production orders, costing reports, and a design document aligning system configuration to manufacturing SLAs and business objectives.
